Exchanges

We happily accept clean, unused, unwashed, unworn products that was sold at regular price for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange, please contact returns@verzie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Refunds

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at returns@verzie.com.au for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Note: If you wear your faulty or incorrect item, this voids your refund/exchange.

 

We only offer refunds for a faulty or incorrect item.

All items, whether faulty, incorrect or due to change of mind, must be in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it (including sanitary sticker and original tags still attached).

All discounted items, sale items or items bought using a coupon code are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
